Люк Джонс выступит перед участниками программы 17 июля и расскажет, с какими сложностями сталкиваются компании при подборе команды и о том, как мотивировать и удерживать сотрудников на современном кандидатском рынке.

Luc Jones, a Partner with British Recruitment Company Antal International will take part in the programme “Business in Russia: Key to Success” which is being hosted by the Moscow business school SKOLKOVO, and will take place in Moscow on 16-18th July 2008.
The programme will give participants a broad understanding of what it means to do business in Russia and what impact differences in culture, economy, political system and historical traditions might have on business success.
Luc Jones will speak on 17th July and will talk about what difficulties companies face in growing a team, and will focus on motivation and staff retention in the current candidate-driven market.
