48% OF EMPLOYERS IN POLAND WILL RECRUIT SPECIALISTS  AND MANAGERS IN AUTUMN THIS YEAR

The pharmacy sector will be the easiest to find a job in; automotive industry doesn’t plan further redundancies

Nearly half of businesses in Poland (48%) plan to hire specialists and managers in the next quarter this year and only 26% plan redundancies – according to the new ‘Global Snapshot’ report conducted by international recruitment firm Antal International.

Published on 21st September 2009, the fourth ‘Global Snapshot’ report prepared by international recruitment company Antal International, asked more than 7000 businesses in 34 countries worldwide about their current and future trend in employment (recruitment and redundancy). Respondents were surveyed through anonymous online tests and telephone interviews.

W farmacji będzie najłatwiej o pracę, branża motoryzacyjna nie planuje już zwolnień

Prawie połowa pracodawców (48%) planuje zatrudnienie pracowników na stanowiska specjalistyczne i menedżerskie w następnym kwartale tego roku, a jedynie 26% planuje zwolnienia – wynika z czwartego, międzynarodowego badania ‘Global Snapshot’ przeprowadzonego przez firmę rekrutacyjną Antal International.

Opublikowany 21 września 2009, międzynarodowy raport ‘Global Snapshot’ Antal International został przygotowany na podstawie anonimowych ankiet i wywiadów przeprowadzonych z ponad 7000 przedsiębiorstwami w 34 krajach na całym świecie. Ankietowani zostali zapytani o tendencje zatrudnienia (rekrutacji i zwolnień) na chwilę obecną oraz prognozy na następne trzy miesiące.
